- Lakeview Disc Golf Course was opened to the public at Moraine State Park in Spring of 2005.
- Rubber tee pads were installed in 2010.
- Blue and gold tees were converted to concrete in 2015.
- No trash cans on the course, but there are trash cans near the beach end of the parking lot.
